Every service call follows the same efficient process: you book by phone at (437) 524-1053 or online, and we dispatch the nearest certified technician to your address with a 2-hour arrival window. On arrival, the technician diagnoses the fault and provides a written upfront quote. You approve the price before any work begins. Most repairs are completed in the same visit because our vans carry the parts most likely needed for each appliance type and brand.
Typical repair costs run $120–$180 for minor faults (switches, sensors, belts, fuses), $180–$280 for standard repairs (motors, pumps, door seals, boards), and $280–$420 for major repairs (compressors, drums, main control boards). The diagnostic visit fee of $0–$85 is waived when you proceed with the repair. All completed repairs carry a 90-day parts and labour warranty.
