Our founder Mike leads our local team in your area — 6 TSSA-licensed, insured, and bonded technicians with a combined 30+ years of in-field experience since 2017. Every visit comes with a written quote, a 90-day parts & labour warranty, and a free diagnostic when you proceed with the repair.

Service description

We provide in-home appliance diagnosis and repair across the Greater Toronto Area. We do not sell new appliances. We do not perform warranty work for manufacturers unless explicitly authorized in writing.

Quotes and pricing

Warranty

Parts we install and labour we perform are covered for 90 days from the repair date. Warranty does not cover misuse, secondary failures unrelated to the original repair, or pre-existing defects we did not work on.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel a booked repair free of charge by phone or email up to 2 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may incur a trip fee equal to the diagnostic charge.

Limitations

Appliance Repair Neary's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as food loss in a refrigerator).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
